Job Overview

Four Stars Ceramic & Sanitary is looking for an experienced Data Entry Staff to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in warehouse inventory operations, especially in ceramic building materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory systems, and ensuring smooth coordination between warehouse and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update warehouse stock data accurately in the system
  • Monitor and control stock movement of materials
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding receiving and dispatch of materials
  • Organize ceramic building materials, accessories, sanitary products, and spare parts properly
  • Conduct stock checking and reconciliation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of warehouse records
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding stock requirements
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Data Entry, warehouse inventory control, or stock management
  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in ceramic building materials is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse/inventory software, preferably Zoho and Focus
  • Hands-on experience in Zoho system is a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of sanitary products, accessories, and spare parts is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
  • Must be energetic, hardworking, and willing to handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to communicate in Hindi and English
