Dr. Freda Medical Center, a highly reputable and 5-star rated clinic, located in a prime location in the heart of Al Jaddaf, is seeking an experienced Receptionist

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the UAE
• Previous experience in a medical clinic
• Good knowledge of UAE medical insurance processes
• Excellent communication skills, with clear speech and a professional telephone manner
• Polite, friendly, efficient, and helpful attitude toward all patients
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to multitask

Job Responsibilities:

• Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments
• Following up with patients as required
• Answering phone calls and responding to messages professionally
• Sending and managing emails
• Handling day-to-day front desk and administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
