Factory Helper jobs in UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Machine Operators and Fabricators with daily production activities.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and other materials safely.
• Prepare and organize raw materials for fabrication and assembly.
• Support packing, labeling, and preparing finished products for delivery.
• Assist in material handling using appropriate lifting equipment and safe work practices.
• Keep workstations, machines, and production areas clean and organized.
• Collect and dispose of scrap materials and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Assist with inventory movement between the warehouse and production areas.
• Follow instructions from the Factory Supervisor and Production Engineer.
• Help with basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as directed.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with company safety procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other factory-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, aluminium, façade, or construction environment is an advantage.
• Ability to handle heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic understanding of factory safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
