• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer/Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
• Experience in plastic can/container manufacturing is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, extrusion, or related plastic processing equipment.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality control, preventive maintenance, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and OEE is an advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and in shifts when required.
