SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

  • To be the ambassador of the Restaurant.
  • To demonstrate a positive personality and professional image.
  • To deliver a friendly and courteous greeting with enthusiasm.
  • To seat guests efficiently to ensure comfort and quality of experience.
  • To be sensitive and responsive to guests’ needs and differences.
  • To monitor and manage table turnover and the flow of guests in the restaurant.
  • To maximize sales by seating efficiently and retaining them during busy periods.
  • To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
  • To maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the guests’ usage areas.
  • To always observe and practice teamwork.
  • To achieve total guest satisfaction.
  • Answer the telephone and take the reservations in a correct manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume restaurant as Restaurant Hostess or similar role
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Highly skilled with reservation systems (SevenRooms)
  • Previous role as central reservations call center agent, F&B Hotel reservationist or Head Hostess is an advantage
  • Physically fit, as the job requires standing, walking and moving or lifting restaurant items if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
