Job description

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team at Interior Fitout company based in Dubai, specializing in interior fitout projects. The Estimator will play a critical role in analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring competitive and accurate bid submissions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the interior fitout industry, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects based on project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Perform risk analysis to identify potential cost impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Tender and Bid Preparation:
  • Develop comprehensive tender documents and cost proposals.
  • Solicit and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Project Analysis:
  • Evaluate project scope and specifications to determine project feasibility and profitability.
  • Conduct value engineering assessments to propose cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to align estimates with project goals and budget constraints.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Management:
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to project requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
