About Zahrawi Group

Zahrawi Group is a leading company in the GCC Healthcare Industry with its presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, & Analytical Industries.

job Brief
The incumbent is accountable for modifying, enhancing, and integrating new features on Zahrawi’s ERP system. They also support the Zahrawi employees with trainings on the ERP system & other software and assisting them with any questions they may have.

Policies & Procedures:

  • Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
  • Ensuring Zahrawi’s ERP system (Netsuite) complies with our policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations, and changes to guarantee correct data and performing audits regularly to ensure accuracy.

Technical Support:

  • Providing internal ongoing system support to users to effectively and efficiently utilize Netsuite’s functionality.
  • Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.
  • Ensuring all employees have the correct access for all roles they are responsible for.
  • Supporting end users with any requests that they might have, including new searches, reports, KPI’s and dashboards.

Development:

  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Integrate NetSuite with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Design and maintain custom reports using Suite Analytics.
  • Developing, testing, and deploying customizations, custom objects and new functionality based on evolving user/ business needs ensuring all policies, procedures and protocols are met
  • Working with our NetSuite deployment team for configuration changes to fields, workflows Suite Scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
  • Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
  • Preparing technical and training manuals.

Maintenance:

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
  • Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues.

Consulting:

  • Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Application.
  • Additional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE
  • Experience: 5+years of experience.
  • Job Specific Skills: Require a good knowledge in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, JavaScript, PHP, HTML
