Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to handle shop sales and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of welding equipment, cutting tools, and welding accessories, and be capable of assisting customers in selecting suitable products while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information and recommendations.
- Promote and sell welding equipment, cutting tools, PPE, and safety accessories.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store and procurement teams for replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom/shop is well maintained.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of indoor sales experience in industrial tools, welding machines, consumables, accessories, welding products, or safety equipment.
- Have strong background working experiences in the welding industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing/POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or showroom environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales-related qualifications are an advantage.
