We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EMT / Paramedic to provide high-quality pre-hospital emergency medical care in Dubai. The role requires rapid assessment, effective treatment, and safe patient transport in compliance with DCAS, DHA, MOHAP, and UAE emergency medical service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate pre-hospital care.
• Administer emergency medical interventions within scope of practice.
• Safely operate ambulances and ensure patient transport to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and incident reports.
• Ensure readiness and cleanliness of ambulances, equipment, and medical supplies.
• Follow DCAS protocols, clinical guidelines, and UAE regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and medical teams.
• Assist during major incidents, events, and emergency deployments.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic (DCAS eligibility or ability to obtain DCAS approval).
• Minimum 1–2 years of field experience in EMS or emergency care.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and patient care.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and medically cleared for EMS duties.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with DCAS-approved EMS providers.
• Valid certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PHTLS / ITLS.
• Experience in event medical coverage and standby services.
• Familiarity with ambulance equipment and EMS documentation systems.
