About the Role
Best Ways Medical Services is looking for qualified and experienced Male Registered Nurses and EMT-Basic / Paramedics to join our medical teams supporting Oil & Gas, ADNOC, construction, and industrial project sites across the UAE.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing emergency medical care, occupational health support, first aid services, patient assessment, and emergency response at site locations while maintaining compliance with applicable DOH, DCAS, ADNOC, HSE, and site-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate emergency medical response and on-site treatment for workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Assess, monitor, stabilize, and manage patients according to approved emergency medical procedures and scope of practice.
- Perform patient triage and determine the appropriate level of medical intervention.
- Monitor vital signs including BP, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, SpO₂, BMI, and blood glucose where required.
- Provide first aid, emergency care, and life-support interventions within professional scope of practice.
- Assist with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS-level emergency care when required and appropriately certified.
- Coordinate with the General Practitioner, Medical Director, hospital, ambulance services, and emergency response teams for escalated cases.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records, treatment reports, incident reports, and daily medical logs.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.
- Conduct daily ambulance inspections and ensure all emergency equipment, medications, consumables, and medical supplies are available and serviceable.
- Maintain the First Aid Room / Medical Clinic in a clean, organized, and operational condition.
- Inspect First Aid Boxes and emergency medical equipment regularly.
- Monitor medical stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory records.
- Follow infection-control, sterilization, PPE, and occupational-health procedures.
- Participate in site HSE meetings, toolbox talks, emergency drills, mock drills, and medical evacuation exercises.
- Support Site Emergency Response Plans and Medical Evacuation Plans.
- Respond promptly to site medical emergencies and incidents.
- Maintain compliance with DOH, DCAS, ADNOC, HSE, and client/site medical requirements.
- Report medical incidents, unsafe conditions, and emergency situations to the appropriate management team.
- Perform other medical and occupational-health duties assigned by the Medical Director or Site Management.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Registered Nurse: BSc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
- EMT / Paramedic: Diploma or recognized qualification in Emergency Medical Services / EMT-B / Paramedicine.
Professional License
- Valid DOH License – Mandatory for applicable nursing roles.
- Valid DCAS License – Mandatory for applicable EMT / Paramedic roles.
- All professional licenses must be valid and in good standing.
Mandatory / Preferred Certifications
- BLS – Mandatory
- ACLS – Required / Preferred depending on role
- PALS – Preferred
- PHTLS – Preferred
- Additional Oil & Gas / Occupational Health / HSE certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant clinical or emergency medical experience.
- Experience in ambulance services, emergency departments, occupational health clinics, construction sites, industrial projects, or remote medical facilities is preferred.
- Previous Oil & Gas / ADNOC / industrial project experience will be highly advantageous.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong emergency assessment and patient-management skills.
- Good knowledge of first aid and emergency medical procedures.
- Ability to operate and check emergency medical equipment.
- Good knowledge of ambulance readiness and emergency-response procedures.
- Strong medical documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Good understanding of infection prevention and control.
- Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with HSE, operations, and site management teams.
Language
- Fluent English – Mandatory
- Arabic – Advantageous.
Other Requirements
- Male candidates only for this site-based position.
- Physically fit and medically suitable for remote / industrial site environments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and camp-based environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively during emergencies.
- Strong communication, teamwork, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Candidates should be willing to comply with client-specific medical fitness, HSE, security, and site-access requirements.
- Candidates with immediate availability or a short notice period will be preferred.
