Emt, Paramedic jobs in UAE

Best Ways Medical Services is looking for a qualified and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our medical team in Abu Dhabi on a full-time basis.

The candidate will provide emergency medical assistance, pre-hospital care, patient assessment, and Basic Life Support in accordance with their authorized scope of practice and applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
• Provide first aid, CPR, BLS, and emergency care as required.
• Assist with patient stabilization, transfer, and handover.
• Ensure ambulance readiness and check medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and documentation.
• Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Recognized EMT qualification or equivalent.
• Valid DCAS and/or DoH EMT license or eligibility, as applicable to the role.
• Previous ambulance or emergency medical services experience preferred.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Good communication, teamwork, and emergency response skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• UAE-based candidates with valid licensing or eligibility preferred.
