Assistant Human Resources Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

A well-established and prestigious organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and professional Assistant Human Resources Manager to join its HR team and support the delivery of strategic and operational HR functions within a dynamic work environment of approximately 400 employees.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a closely related administrative role.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is preferred.
