We are seeking a qualified Medical Coder with strong outpatient coding experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE including hands-on experience with JAWDA audits. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in coding for multiple outpatient specialties and fully compliant with DoH, ICD-10-AM, CPT, and HAAD/Abu Dhabi regulations.

• Review and accurately code outpatient medical records in compliance with DoH (Abu Dhabi) standards.
• Assign appropriate ICD-10-AM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures.
• Pediatrics
• Dental
• Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBG)
• Family Medicine
• Orthopedics
• Dermatology
• Radiology
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and minimize claim rejections.
• Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to clarify documentation when required.
• Conduct regular coding audits and provide feedback to improve documentation quality.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with healthcare data protection policies.
• Stay updated with DoH circulars, JAWDA indicators, and coding updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Medical Coder: 2 years (Preferred)
