The Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, online inquiries, appointment bookings, and patient follow-ups. The role serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring accurate information is provided, appointments are efficiently coordinated, and patient concerns are handled professionally while supporting the clinic's operational and revenue objectives.
Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
