Full job description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced DCAS-licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide pre-hospital emergency care, patient transportation, and medical support at events and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency medical calls.
  • Assess patients and provide appropriate basic life support and first aid.
  • Stabilize and safely transport patients to healthcare facilities.
  • Operate emergency medical equipment in accordance with approved protocols.
  • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and treatment provided.
  • Assist paramedics and other healthcare professionals during emergencies.
  • Maintain ambulance readiness, including equipment, medication, and supply checks.
  • Complete patient care reports and other required documentation accurately.
  • Follow DCAS protocols, infection-control standards, and company procedures.
  • Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and event medical coverage.

Requirements

  • Valid DCAS EMT licence or eligibility.
  • Recognized EMT qualification or diploma.
  • Valid BLS certification; ACLS certification is an advantage.
  • Previous ambulance, emergency, event, or site-based experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
