Job Summary

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join ambulance operations in Dubai. The EMT will provide pre-hospital emergency medical care, respond to emergency calls, stabilize patients, and ensure safe transportation to healthcare facilities while adhering to Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls.
  • Assess patients' medical conditions and provide appropriate emergency medical care.
  • Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and emergency interventions within EMT scope of practice.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions during transport.
  • Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and medical supplies.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient care reports and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospitals, and healthcare teams.
  • Follow DCAS clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
  • Participate in emergency preparedness drills, training programs, and continuous education activities.
  • Maintain ambulance readiness and cleanliness at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Paramedicine, or related healthcare field.
  • Valid EMT certification/license from home country.
  • DCAS EMT License or eligibility to obtain DCAS licensing.
  • Valid BLS Certification (ACLS and PHTLS/ITLS preferred).
  • Good knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient assessment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of ambulance experience; or
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Emergency Department (ER), ICU, or Critical Care settings for nursing graduates.

Preferred Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Emergency Vehicle Operator (EVO) certification.
  • Experience in pre-hospital emergency care and ambulance operations.
  • Knowledge of DCAS regulations and Dubai EMS protocols.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
