We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Embedded Engineer with expertise in hardware/software integration. This role requires defining system architecture, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliable communication between devices, sensors, and controllers in a distributed IoT environment. The Senior Embedded Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing firmware, enhancing hardware-software integration, and leading critical R&D initiatives to maintain and advance our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware in C/C++

Define and implement scalable, modular embedded architectures

Integrate IoT communication stacks (WiFi, BLE, ZigBee, Modbus, TCP/IP)

Optimize microcontroller performance (RAM, FLASH, CPU utilization)

Implement secure communication and device authentication mechanisms

Conduct advanced debugging and validation using oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers

Lead R&D initiatives to drive innovation and product enhancement

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end product solutions

Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen product capabilities

What You’ll Bring

10+ years of embedded systems development experience

Strong expertise in C/C++ on ARM-based microcontrollers

Hands-on experience with embedded RTOS (bootloaders, interrupts, preemption, task scheduling)

Deep understanding of IoT communication protocols (Bluetooth, WiFi, ZigBee, Modbus, Ethernet)

Experience with low-level I/O interfaces (I2C, SPI, SDIO, USB)
