We're Hiring – Supervisor

Fluffin Dog Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Supervisor to lead our daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service, team performance, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in the F&B industry is a must
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Proven ability to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and maintain high service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently
• Experience working in an EMAAR-managed property is an advantage and highly welcomed
• Able to ensure smooth operations throughout the day and lead the team effectively

Working Hours:

• Daily: Opening the shop at 9:30 AM until closing
• Monday–Thursday: Closing at 10:00 PM
• Friday–Sunday: Closing at 12:00 AM
• One day off per week
• There will be time to rest during quieter periods; however, the Supervisor is expected to remain available and ensure all operations continue to run smoothly.

Salary: AED 4,000
