Job Title: AV / ELV Supervisor (UAE Driving Licence Required)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated AV/ELV Supervisor to lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Audio Visual (AV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving licence to manage multiple project sites efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and commissioning of AV and ELV systems.

- Lead and coordinate technicians on project sites.

- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and project specifications.

- Ensure installations comply with project requirements and industry standards.

- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.

- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

- Perform testing, commissioning, and system handover.

- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and material requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

- Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.(Optional)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in AV/ELV installation and supervision.

- Strong knowledge of AV integration and ELV systems.

- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Experience managing installation teams.

- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, Kramer, or similar AV control systems.

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

- Experience in commercial, hospitality, education, or corporate projects.
