Male Medical Receptionist & Telesales Executive

Position: Male Medical Receptionist & Telesales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Reception & Patient Coordination

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain daily cash reports.
• Ensure reception and waiting areas are organized and presentable at all times.

Telesales & Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and ongoing offers.
• Follow up on inquiries, consultations, and treatment plans.
• Convert leads into booked appointments and treatment sales.
• Maintain and update CRM and lead management systems.
• Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and repeat visits.
• Achieve monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly telesales performance reports.

Qualifications

• Male candidate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical reception, customer service, telesales, or healthcare sales.
• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, slimming, dental, or medical clinic is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (ANY SECOND LANGUAGE is a plus).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
