Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and networks, providing technical support to users, and ensuring the overall health and security of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Resolve problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Set up new workstations, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Security & Updates: Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates. Implement and manage security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and other equipment.
  • Backup & Recovery: Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery procedures in the event of a system failure or data loss.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Create and update documentation for IT procedures and user guides.

Qualification

  • B-Tech/Diploma
  • Freshers can also apply- Home Country Experiance Required
