Full job description
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Assistant Electrician to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and construction works.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians in electrical installation and maintenance works.
- Assist with cable pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination.
- Assist in the installation of cable trays, trunking, conduits, and other containment systems.
- Assist with installation of lighting, power outlets, switches, and electrical equipment.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings and layouts.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting electrical systems under the supervision of an electrician.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and materials.
- Follow site safety rules, company procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Electrician or in a similar electrical role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical installation works.
- Ability to understand electrical drawings and site instructions.
- Previous UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work at project sites.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in building construction projects.
- Knowledge of electrical containment, lighting, power, and wiring installation.
- Experience with Fire Alarm (FA) and Emergency Lighting systems will be an added advantage.

- Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,200 (based on experience).
