As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical construction activities on our EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.- Plan and schedule daily work activities, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project activities.- Train and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge.- Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget constraints are met.- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry.- Experience in a supervisory role is highly preferred.- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage.If you have a passion for electrical construction and are looking for a challenging role in a reputable company, then we would love to hear from you.
