Apex Stone is looking for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to supervise electrical installation works and coordinate site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, testing, and associated site activities.
• Coordinate electrical works with civil, plumbing, HVAC, and other site teams.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure installations follow approved plans and specifications.
• Supervise installation of conduits, cable trays, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, distribution boards, and other electrical systems as applicable.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
• Inspect electrical works and coordinate testing, inspections, and rectification.
• Report technical issues, delays, and discrepancies to the site engineer or project manager.
• Ensure electrical works follow applicable safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Maintain daily progress records and report completed and pending activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant project personnel when required.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in supervising electrical, plumbing, or HVAC/MEP works, respectively.
• Previous supervisory experience in building construction projects is essential.
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience supervising electrical works in building construction or contracting.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices, testing, and site safety.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction requirements is preferred.
• Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately preferred.
