Job Description: ELV Projects Manager

Position Overview

The ELV Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution, delivery, and handover of awarded ELV projects. This position focuses on project planning, site management, subcontractor coordination, cost management, and regulatory approvals. The candidate will manage project schedules using software tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project while maintaining strict quality, financial, and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify clients, handle inquiries, and review drawings for quantity take-offs.
• Prepare BOQs, define scope, and source supplier quotes as per approved lists.
• Design ELV systems per SIRA regulations and project specs.
• Develop financial proposals, manage follow-ups, negotiate pricing, and secure LOIs/LPOs/contracts.
• Lead end-to-end ELV projects, including cost control, budgeting, value engineering, and AR/AP management.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Develop and track project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.

• Monitor performance metrics and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and system reliability.
• Conduct site supervision, inspections, and ensure proper installations.
• Manag submittal approvals, drawings, and coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare all project documentation including progress reports and handover packages.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Support: Assist the Project Director from project initiation to completion—covering estimation/tendering, pre-qualification, BOQs, cost budgeting, value engineering, and A/R & A/P management.
• Document Control: Manage project documentation — shop/as-built drawings, contracts, BOQs, LPOs, LOIs, LOAs, material delivery notes, invoices, sub-contracts, correspondence, and MOMs.
• Tenders: preparing tender documents including preparing/take off BOQ, Cost Estimation

Required Qualifications & Key Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience leading site installations, testing/commissioning, and handover of complex ELV projects.
• Software Proficiency: Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced MS Excel.
• Technical & Operational Knowledge: Thorough understanding of site installation standards, SIRA site certification requirements, submittal procedures, and financial project controls (A/R, A/P, budgeting).

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
