Edge Integrated Technical Services is looking for a proactive and organized Home Maintenance Coordinator to manage daily maintenance operations and technician scheduling for our home maintenance division.

The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating field teams in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance services. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer coordination skills to ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance jobs for technicians
• Handle customer calls, job updates, and appointment confirmations
• Monitor technician attendance, movement, and job completion
• Coordinate emergency and urgent maintenance requests
• Maintain job records, service reports, and CRM updates
• Support AMC service coordination and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally
• Assist with operational reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in home maintenance or operations coordination
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or facility maintenance industry preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai locations and technician routing
• Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho or similar
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates with own visa preferred
