We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing maintenance teams and overseeing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance requirements.
• Plan, develop, and implement weekly maintenance schedules, delegating tasks to technical staff.
• Supervise, guide, and train a team of technicians, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists.
• Manage installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all MEP systems.
• Ensure optimal performance and upkeep of essential building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets for maintenance and operational needs.
• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the MEP or facilities maintenance sector.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and team performance.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Minimum high school diploma; vocational training or technical degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., HVAC, CMRP) are a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
• Experience in sales or strong sales orientation is considered an added advantage.
