Technical E-commerce Operations Specialist

About Us

We are a Dubai-based company operating multiple international Magento 2 e-commerce stores focused on hi-fi and consumer audio products across Europe.

Our operations include Magento 2 webshops, marketplaces, pricing automation, product feeds, Google Shopping, SEO, AI-driven workflows and operational optimization.

We are building a long-term remote team focused on operational excellence, automation, scalability and continuous improvement.

About The Role

This is not a simple support or assistant role.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical person who can become a key operational part of the company and help manage, improve and optimize our e-commerce operations on a daily basis.

You will work directly with the founder and take ownership over important operational, technical and optimization-related tasks inside our Magento 2 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily webshop operations
  • Work directly inside Magento 2
  • Monitor product feeds, pricing, categories and product quality
  • Detect webshop issues and operational bottlenecks before they impact sales
  • Help improve SEO structure, category optimization and internal linking
  • Work with AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency and scalability
  • Improve Google Merchant Center quality and webshop performance
  • Coordinate with external developers and technical agencies
  • Follow up bugs, fixes and technical implementations
  • Build operational workflows, reporting and dashboards
  • Improve webshop organization and scalability
  • Help optimize conversion rate and user experience
  • Assist with international store views and multilingual webshop structure

Requirements

  • Experience working with Magento 2
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High level of ownership and independence

Technical Skills

  • Magento 2 experience is required
  • Understanding of PHP and Magento architecture
  • Server and hosting knowledge
  • Understanding of APIs, cronjobs and integrations
  • Experience debugging webshop or feed-related issues
  • HTML/CSS basics for webshop adjustments
  • Google Merchant Center experience
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools
  • SEO and webshop structure understanding
  • Marketplace experience is a strong advantage
