Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technologist (DHA Licensed)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist with a valid DHA License to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical laboratory operations and a strong understanding of Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, policies, and quality standards to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens accurately and efficiently.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, laboratory policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance and quality control programs.
• Report critical laboratory results promptly according to established protocols.
• Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines and proper handling of biological and hazardous materials.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an accredited healthcare facility.
• Familiarity with laboratory quality management systems and accreditation standards.
• Experience working with automated laboratory analyzers and electronic medical records.
