Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in all hotel departments, especially kitchens and F&B areas.
  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and local health authority regulations.
  • Train staff on hygiene, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain hygiene records, reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure proper waste management and pest control measures.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Handle health and safety documentation and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Hygiene Officer in the hotel industry (UAE or international).
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Relevant certification in Hygiene / Food Safety is an advantage.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and conduct audits

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
