Position: Personal Driver to CEO

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary

The Personal Driver to the CEO is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the CEO. The role requires excellent driving skills, punctuality, discretion, and a high level of professionalism while ensuring the vehicle is maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, airports, and other destinations.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's personal and business matters.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, and other items as required.
  • Monitor traffic conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Need to speak English
  • Proven experience as a personal, executive, or chauffeur driver.
  • Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and behavior.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible working hours based on the CEO's schedule.
  • May require travel within and outside the emirate.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
