KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting toys and related products.
  • Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and demonstrations when needed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
  • Support promotional activities, in‑store events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure all products are displayed safely and attractively.
  • Work closely with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate, or in a similar retail sales role.
  • Experience working with cash register equipment and retail software systems.
  • Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of responsibility, honesty, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles and cash handling procedures.
  • Willingness to work a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • English language proficiency at conversational level (B2 or higher).
