We are looking for someone who loves beautiful events as much as they love organization. You'll manage catering orders from confirmation to execution, design elegant tablescapes and buffet presentations, prepare client mock-ups, coordinate logistics, supervise event setups, and ensure every event reflects O'liv's premium standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet catering clients
  • Prepare quotations (if needed)
  • Create mood boards
  • Prepare table mock-ups
  • Design tablescapes
  • Prepare packing lists
  • Coordinate kitchen and logistics
  • Supervise setup on site
  • Manage event staff
  • Take photos/videos after setup
  • Collect client feedback
