BYD Middle East is building one of the region's most ambitious automotive growth stories, spanning multiple brands, markets, and business functions.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Director as a strategic partner, helping shape business decisions, accelerate execution, and drive transformational initiatives across the Middle East.

This is not an administrative support role. It is a leadership position for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and is motivated by solving complex business challenges.

This role is designed for future business leaders who want to work alongside senior executives, influence strategic decisions, and build broad leadership experience across one of the world's fastest-growing automotive companies.

Your Role

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the Managing Director's strategic partner, helping shape business priorities, coordinate regional initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple markets and functions.

You will work closely with regional leadership and global headquarters to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Managing Director on regional strategy and business planning.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives across the Middle East.
Lead executive project management and governance for key business priorities.
Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and leadership communications.
Develop dashboards and insights to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Network Development, Customer Experience, and After Sales.
Track key decisions, risks, and action plans to ensure timely execution.
Support preparation for executive reviews, board meetings, and regional leadership forums.
Conduct market, competitor, and commercial analysis to support business growth.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
6–12 years of professional experience with a strong track record of leading strategic or cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, executive office, or commercial leadership within a multinational organization is highly desirable. Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is an advantage but not essential.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead without formal authority.
