What you will do

Lead and drive the resort’s catering and events business to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and social event planners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize catering and banquet revenue.
Oversee the planning and flawless execution of luxury events, weddings, and corporate functions.
Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Analyze market trends and business opportunities to grow market share.
Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing catering sales team.
Ensure all events reflect Four Seasons service standards and enhance the resort’s reputation.

What you bring

Proven leadership experience in catering, events, or banquet sales within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
Established network within the UAE luxury events, corporate, and wedding market.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.
Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
