Alba Cars is looking for a hands-on Assistant Marketing Coordinator who combines digital marketing experience, creative thinking, and strong practical AI skills.

This is an execution-focused role where you’ll work across campaigns, creative content, customer communications, events, and marketing technology—helping turn ideas into coordinated, measurable campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is comfortable producing work independently, and can coordinate different contributors to keep projects moving from idea through to launch.

This is not primarily a people-management role. Practical capability, organisation, and ownership are more important than managerial experience.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Develop campaign ideas and turn them into clear briefs, execution plans, and coordinated launches.

• Manage email and WhatsApp marketing, including audience segmentation, copy, campaign setup, testing, and reporting.

• Coordinate marketing activities around shared objectives, responsibilities, deadlines, and approvals.

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.

• Communicate progress, risks, delays, and dependencies clearly to the relevant teams.

• Help resolve bottlenecks and ensure campaigns continue moving towards launch.

AI, Automation & Marketing Technology

• Use ChatGPT Work and Claude Cowork for research, planning, campaign development, content production, reporting, and day-to-day marketing execution.

• Use AI image-generation tools to create and refine campaign concepts, mockups, storyboards, and visual ideas.

• Connect AI tools with existing business systems through approved integrations, connectors, and automation platforms.

• Build practical workflows that reduce repetitive manual work and improve speed and consistency.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, visual quality, brand consistency, and suitability before use.

• Handle customer data, system permissions, integrations, and AI-generated content responsibly.

AI should already be a practical part of how you work—not simply a tool you use occasionally for basic questions or copywriting.

Creative Coordination & Content

• Coordinate the creative process with designers, videographers, photographers, and other contributors.

• Prepare clear creative briefs and communicate campaign requirements effectively.

• Coordinate production, revisions, approvals, and final delivery of marketing materials.

• Create or refine visual concepts, campaign layouts, storyboards, and mockups where required.

• Review customer-facing materials for accuracy, layout, branding, visual quality, and technical issues before launch.

• Help maintain consistency across Alba Cars’ marketing channels and campaigns.

You do not need to be a dedicated graphic designer, but you should have a strong visual eye and be comfortable producing usable creative work with AI tools.

Events & Marketing Activities

• Coordinate showroom promotions, events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.

• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external contributors.

• Coordinate timelines, materials, creative requirements, and approvals.

• Provide hands-on support during marketing activities and events where required.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience across digital marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing technology.

• Experience managing or coordinating work across different marketing functions.

• Practical knowledge of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and digital campaign execution.

• Strong practical proficiency with ChatGPT Work and Claude Cowork.

• Experience using AI image-generation tools to create usable designs, visual concepts, storyboards, or mockups.

• Experience connecting AI tools or marketing systems using integrations, connectors, or automation tools.

• Comfortable learning and working across different marketing platforms and technologies.

• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and contributors simultaneously.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow projects through without repeated reminders.

• Good judgement when working with customer data, system permissions, and AI-generated content.

Design experience or a strong visual portfolio is an advantage, particularly where it demonstrates a good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency.

Automotive experience is welcome but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience

• Work visa sponsorship

• Medical insurance, as per UAE labour law

• 30 days of paid annual leave

• Type: Full-time, on-site position

• Location: Dubai, UAE

Note: Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE.
