Full job description

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and results-driven digital marketer to join our growing aesthetic medical clinic in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on role focused on building a strong digital presence and, most importantly, driving high-quality local patient bookings.

Your role will include:

* Manage Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat

* Develop engaging Reels, Stories and content

* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns

* Drive and track leads, appointments and bookings

* Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results

* Coordinate professional photography, videography and influencers

* Create campaigns for Botox, fillers, lasers, skin boosters and other aesthetic treatments

* Monitor trends and competitors within the aesthetics market

What we’re looking for:

* 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

* Strong experience in social media and paid advertising

* Previous experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, beauty or healthcare is preferred

* Strong understanding of lead generation and digital analytics

* Creative, proactive and highly organized

* Basic Canva and video-editing skills are a plus
