Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook).
* Manage Google Ads, including Search, Display and lead-generation campaigns.
* Generate qualified B2C and B2B leads in Abu Dhabi.
* Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
* Plan monthly content, promotions, reels and advertising campaigns.
* Manage SEO, Google Business Profile and website marketing.
* Create targeted campaigns for specific Abu Dhabi communities.
* Track leads, conversions, Cost Per Lead (CPL) and marketing ROI.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
* Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of UAE digital marketing experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
* Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
* Experience in lead-generation campaigns is essential.
* Good English communication and content-writing skills.
* Experience in Facility Management, Home Maintenance, Real Estate, Cleaning or Home Services is preferred.
* Candidates must be able to independently plan, execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
