Full job description

CTrustGlobal is expanding its Business Advisory offering through its established Dubai office. Build and lead our Business Advisory division in Dubai, turning market entry, management improvement and specialist advisory services into clearly scoped engagements and dependable client delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop service packages, proposals, delivery methods and a practical launch plan for the division.
  • Lead senior client discussions, diagnose needs and agree deliverables, responsibilities and milestones.
  • Supervise consultants and specialist providers; review recommendations and final client outputs.
  • Manage project capacity, client relationships, commercial performance and the quality of contracted work. Required qualifications and experience
  • Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 10 years in consulting or business advisory, including 5 years leading engagements and teams.
  • Demonstrated UAE or GCC client delivery, supported by examples of implementation and business results.
  • Strong proposal writing, engagement scoping, team leadership and commercial judgement; excellent English.

Preferred strengths

MBA or a relevant consulting qualification; professional Arabic; experience supporting businesses expanding between Egypt and the UAE.

Expected contribution

Establish the initial service catalogue, engagement templates, quality review process and a credible pipeline with deliverable projects.
