Role Overview

Derma One Aesthetic Center is looking for a professional and experienced Female Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have previous UAE experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic and be confident in handling patients and front-desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage dermatology and aesthetic patient appointments, consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Handle patient inquiries regarding aesthetic and dermatology treatments and provide accurate basic information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and aesthetic therapists to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage calls, WhatsApp inquiries, bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Handle patient registration, medical records, billing, and daily reception duties.
• Support treatment package coordination and patient follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment while ensuring patient confidentiality and clinic standards are followed.

Requirements

• Mandatory UAE experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Front Desk Receptionist is preferred.
• Good knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good computer and appointment-booking skills.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
