Job Title: Clinic Receptionist

About Us:
Marist Polyclinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative.
  • Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or medical clinic will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
