Position Summary

The Clinical Coordinator & GA Coordinator is a qualified dental professional responsible for

overseeing patient treatment coordination, clinical workflow management, General Anesthesia

(GA) case coordination, patient experience, treatment acceptance, and operational efficiency

within the Dental Department.

The role serves as the primary liaison between patients, dentists, specialists, nursing staff,

anesthesia teams, admission services, insurance coordinators, and hospital administration to

ensure a seamless, patient-centered, and high-quality treatment journey.

The Clinical Coordinator plays a critical role in explaining treatment plans, coordinating

multidisciplinary dental care, facilitating treatment acceptance, ensuring completion of clinical and

financial processes, and supporting departmental quality and performance objectives.

4.1 Essential

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD/DDS).
  • DHA Eligibility or DHA License preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental healthcare environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in treatment coordination, patient coordination, supervisory, leadership, or administrative roles within a dental setting.
  • Strong knowledge of dental specialties and treatment planning processes.
  • Understanding of patient experience, quality standards, infection control, and healthcare operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
