Portal Management & Claims

• Process claims through UAE insurance portals like Daman, Nextcare, Neuron, and NAS.
• Verify patient eligibility and coverage limits before treatments begin.
• Submit pre-approvals and track approval statuses daily.
• Resubmit rejected claims with corrected medical records and required clinical notes.

Patient & Clinical Coordination

• Explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients clearly.
• Coordinate with dentists to get missing clinical notes, X-rays, or treatment plans for approvals.
• Manage daily communication with insurance company representatives and third-party administrators (TPAs).

Reporting

• Track pending claims and financial aging reports weekly.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) billing and coding rules.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
