We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist with experience in Dental clinic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, delivering exceptional patient service, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic management systems.
  • Handle billing, payments, insurance coordination, and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Coordinate schedules for dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinic staff.
  • Assist with patient treatment plans, recalls, and post-treatment follow-ups.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and reflects the clinic's professional image Tagalog speaker required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
