What You’ll Do

Data Engineering & Processing

• Design and build scalable data pipelines on cloud and on-premise environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Ensure high-quality, clean, and consistent data through validation, transformation, and monitoring processes.

Analytics & Insight Generation

• Explore and analyze large-scale datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and anomalies.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, concise, and impactful reports or dashboards for stakeholders.

Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Monitor model performance, retrain, and fine-tune regularly for accuracy and relevance.
• Apply ML to solve real-world problems such as customer behavior prediction, fraud detection, and recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with data engineers, AI researchers, and developers to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Provide guidance and support on data utilization across different product and engineering teams.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure all data processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in security audits, data governance initiatives, and risk assessments.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with new technologies and methodologies in data science, AI, and MLOps.
• Propose and implement enhancements to existing workflows for better performance and scalability.

What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, ML model development, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex systems.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiar with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and versioning/data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, MLflow).
• Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management is a plus.

Analytical & Communication Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a deep sensitivity to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product-centric data science use cases like fraud detection, retention analysis, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
