Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store IT / ELV materials, equipment, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
• Issue materials to technicians/projects as per approved requests.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare purchase requests, follow up with suppliers, and track deliveries.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of IT / ELV items.
• Maintain documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock reports.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare inventory reports and records.
• Communicate professionally via email with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Support logistics and transportation activities when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE as a Procurement professional in an IT / ELV company.
• Strong knowledge of IT / ELV materials, tools, and equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email at a professional level.
• Professional level of English (spoken and written).
• Valid Driving License (D/L) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to join immediately.
• Able to speak Tagalog.
