Customer Service Executive / Beauty Concierge (Remote)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and chat.
  • Recommend suitable beauty services and explain treatments.
  • Manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
  • Upsell services and packages.
  • Follow up with enquiries to maximise conversions.
  • Coordinate with planners and technicians.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty services (Hair, Nails, Massage, Facials, Waxing, Threading, Eyelash, Hair Treatments, Moroccan Bath, etc.).
  • Comfortable using CRM and WhatsApp Business.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
