- Provide accurate information regarding company services.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
- Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
