Sales & Installer – Blinds & Curtains (Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and installation of blinds, curtains)

Two Guys Home Furnishings LLC is a growing home furnishing company in the UAE.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Installer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers at residential and commercial sites to understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable blinds, curtains, fabrics, and window treatment solutions.
• Install blinds, curtains, tracks, and related window treatment products professionally and accurately.
• Take accurate measurements at customer sites & ensure installations are completed to a high standard with a clean and professional finish.
• Coordinate with the office and production teams whenever necessary.
• Identify and resolve installation or site-related issues professionally.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good condition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively when dealing with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales and installation of blinds, curtains, shutters, or similar window treatment products.
• UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of blinds, curtains, fabrics, tracks, accessories, and installation methods.
• Ability to take accurate site measurements.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer appointments efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be presentable, professional, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Additional languages will be an advantage.
