Emotional Support Coach

Position Summary

Liftalk is seeking Arabic-speaking independent contractors to provide one-on-one, non-clinical emotional support through text, voice, and video sessions.

The Emotional Support Coach uses active listening, empathy, encouragement, and goal-focused conversation to support clients experiencing everyday emotional concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and personal growth goals. Coaches help clients reflect on their concerns, identify personal goals, and consider practical and manageable next steps.

This is a fully remote independent contractor opportunity. It is not an employee position.

This role does not involve psychotherapy, clinical counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or any service requiring a healthcare license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one emotional support sessions through text, voice, and video
• Communicate with clients in a respectful, empathetic, and nonjudgmental manner
• Support clients discussing relationship concerns, life transitions, everyday emotional challenges, and personal growth goals
• Help clients identify practical goals and manageable next steps
• Maintain clear professional boundaries during all client interactions
• Follow applicable privacy, safety, communication, and service guidelines
• Recognize situations that fall outside the scope of non-clinical support and follow the required reporting or escalation procedures
• Manage personal availability and respond reliably during selected working hours

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of one-on-one experience in emotional support, relationship support, life coaching, peer support, case management, social services, mentoring, or another closely related support role
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken Arabic; professional-level English is preferred.
• Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate with empathy while maintaining professional boundaries
• Ability to work independently and follow written service and safety guidelines
• Reliable internet access
• A private and quiet environment suitable for text, voice, and video sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant education, training, or certification in coaching, peer support, social services, psychology, wellness, or a related field
• Previous experience providing one-on-one support through digital communication tools

A clinical or healthcare license is not required because this is a non-clinical support position.

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Independent contractor
• Flexible, self-managed availability
• Contractors select and manage their own available working hours
• No minimum number of working hours, sessions, clients, or assignments is guaranteed
• This independent contractor engagement does not include employee benefits

Compensation

This position uses a revenue-share-only compensation model.

Newly approved coaches currently receive 50% of eligible revenue from completed paid session portions. Refunded or incomplete portions are not included, and the 50% revenue share does not represent guaranteed earnings.

Estimated monthly earnings for active contractors are AED 14,700–18,400, based on completed paid sessions. This is an estimated earnings range, not a fixed salary or guaranteed monthly payment. Actual earnings vary based on completed sessions, availability, client demand, and client selection.

This position does not include a fixed salary, hourly wage, minimum payment, guaranteed working hours, or guaranteed earnings.

Eligible earnings may be withdrawn up to twice per week.

Pay: AED14,700.00 - AED18,400.00 per month
