iWA Yalla Tourism LLC is expanding its outbound travel and global visa services. We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant – Global Visa & Outbound Holidays to support our growing portfolio of international holiday packages and worldwide visa services. The successful candidate should have strong destination knowledge, experience preparing international travel quotations, and the ability to manage worldwide visa enquiries while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle enquiries for international holiday packages and worldwide visa services.

● Design customized travel itineraries for leisure, family, honeymoon, corporate, and group travel.

● Prepare competitive quotations for international destinations.

● Guide clients on visa documentation requirements and application procedures for various countries.

● Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and travel suppliers.

● Follow up quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

● Promote travel insurance, sightseeing tours, cruises, rail passes, and other travel add-ons.

● Manage enquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

● Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.

● Update customer records and sales opportunities in the CRM system.

● Work with hotel booking systems, supplier portals, airline portals, travel booking platforms, and destination search engines to source the best travel options.

● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.

● Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound travel sales and/or global visa services.

● Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations.

● Good understanding of worldwide tourist visa documentation and application procedures. ● Experience preparing customized travel quotations and itineraries.

● Hands-on experience with CRM software.

● Familiarity with travel booking portals, hotel supplier systems, airline portals, and online travel search platforms.

● Experience handling enquiries from social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

● Fluent in English; Hindi is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of Europe, CIS, Southeast Asia, and Far East destinations.

● Experience with cruise holidays, rail passes, travel insurance, and ancillary travel products.

● Strong sales conversion and upselling skills.

● Ability to work independently while managing multiple enquiries.
