We are looking for an International Luxury Cruises Travel Adviser who curates bespoke, high-end maritime journeys and comprehensive itineraries for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design bespoke luxury cruise packages and exclusive shore excursions.
• Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including international first-class flights, private airport transfers, pre/post-cruise luxury hotel stays, and travel insurance.
• Provide high-touch, 24/7 VIP support to manage special onboard requests, dietary needs, private events, and unexpected travel disruptions.
• Maintain strong partnerships with luxury cruise lines and destination management companies (DMCs) to secure exclusive onboard credits, stateroom upgrades, and VIP perks.
• Track promotional offers, manage invoicing, process secure deposits, and leverage CRM tools to nurture long-term client relationships and repeat bookings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Deep knowledge of the luxury and expedition cruise markets, including small-ship and river cruising.
• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and empathetic phone/email etiquette.
• Proficiency with booking platforms, CRM software, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre or Amadeus.
• Prior experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail sales, or leisure travel advising.
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
• Previous training and experience with travel/booking software.
• Fluency in English; multilingual capabilities (such as Arabic) are often a strong asset
• Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related travel booking software.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
