About the role

H STEM Medical Center is seeking an experienced Aesthetician / Beauty Therapist to join our aesthetics and wellness team in Dubai Healthcare City.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in advanced skincare, facial and body treatments, excellent patient care skills, and at least three years of practical experience performing INDIBA treatments.We are looking for someone who can confidently assess skincare needs, deliver personalised treatments within their authorised scope of practice, and work closely with our medical team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform INDIBA facial and body treatments in accordance with manufacturer guidance, clinic protocols and individual patient needs.
• Conduct skin consultations, review relevant treatment history, recognise contraindications and refer concerns to the medical team.
• Deliver professional facial and skincare treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, hydration and other treatments appropriate to your qualifications and authorised scope.
• Develop suitable treatment programmes in coordination with the clinical team and monitor patient progress.
• Explain treatments clearly, set realistic expectations and provide appropriate aftercare and home skincare advice.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, consent documentation and treatment records.
• Follow infection-control procedures and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and follow-up treatments professionally.
• Deliver attentive, discreet and consistent care throughout the patient experience.

Essential requirements

• Minimum three years of verifiable, hands-on INDIBA treatment experience. General radiofrequency experience alone does not meet this requirement.
• At least three years of professional experience as an aesthetician or beauty therapist, preferably within an aesthetic, dermatology or medical clinic in Dubai.
• A recognised qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant UAE professional licence or eligibility to obtain the licence required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, skincare ingredients, treatment contraindications and safe equipment use.
• Confident spoken English and excellent consultation and communication skills.

Preferred experience

• Korean language skills to support communication with our Korean clinical team.
• Training or experience in Korean skincare techniques and aesthetic treatment protocols.
• Experience with additional facial and body technologies. Please specify the devices and treatments you are qualified and experienced to perform.
• Previous experience in a premium clinical setting.
