Job Title: Corporate Lawyer
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract drafting and review, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management. Experience in the construction, contracting, or engineering industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Handle company formation, licensing, restructuring, and corporate documentation.
  • Support contract administration and manage legal risks across business operations.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain legal records and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage.
  • Qualified lawyer with the right to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 5–10 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law.
  • Experience in the construction, contracting, engineering, or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • FIDIC contract review and negotiation.
  • Corporate governance and compliance.
  • Mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
  • Managing legal risks for large-scale commercial projects.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
