Corporate Lawyer jobs in Dubai

Motei & Associates, a well-established boutique law firm with over 24 years of continuous presence in Dubai, is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial Practice.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise and assist clients throughout the corporate lifecycle-from company formation and structuring to ongoing commercial operations, restructuring and liquidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle UAE mainland, free-zone and offshore company formations.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint-venture agreements, resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
• Handle share transfers, changes of shareholders and managers, licence amendments and corporate restructuring.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, legal due diligence and corporate transactions.
• Manage company liquidations, deregistration and related procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, notaries and registrars.
• Support clients with ongoing corporate and commercial legal requirements.

Strict Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Two to three years’ practical UAE experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Hands-on experience in company formation and post-incorporation corporate matters.
• Strong contract drafting and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous law-firm experience is strongly preferred.
