Corporate/Commercial Lawyer
Your Role
You will offer comprehensive legal services covering the full spectrum of corporate transactions to clients. More specifically you will work on multinational corporations, commercial companies, ambitious domestic entrepreneurs and visionary start-ups.
You will be involved in advising on domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, including due diligence and exchange offers, acquisition, sale or reorganization of subsidiaries, division and asset deals, joint ventures, strategic alliances, recapitalizations and liquidations etc.
You will provide ongoing advice to clients’ in-house legal teams on matters affecting day-to-day operations, including companies, employment and immigrations laws and regulations, compliance, and directors and managers’ liability.
You will take part in corporate meetings, including preparing and attending of company general assembly meetings, prepare required legal documents and maintain required company’s registries.
Qualifications
You hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable law school, ideally completed by LL.M.
You have gained minimum 5 years of professional experience in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel in in the UAE.
You have a perfect command of English, spoken and written. Other languages will be considered an advantage.
You are proactive, motivated, dynamic, able to work both independently and in a team and are eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.
Salary Package
We offer attractive salary package with excellent cash compensation scheme on achieving targets.
You shall also be subject to our Finder Fee Module for finding new leads.
