Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings, luxury villas, and residential developments, with proven experience working with major developers and consultants in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer construction contracts from award to completion.
  • Review contract documents, specifications, BOQs, and contractual obligations.
  • Handle variations, claims, EOTs, contractual notices, and payment applications.
  • Prepare and manage contractual correspondence with developers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and payment applications.
  • Monitor project progress, contractual risks, delays, and potential claims.
  • Support negotiations, dispute resolution, and preparation of final accounts.
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and submission deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant contracts experience with a main contractor.
  • Mandatory UAE/Dubai construction experience.
  • Proven experience in large-scale high-rise and villa/residential projects.
  • Experience working with major developers and consultants in Dubai/UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, EOT, and subcontract administration.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Candidates must currently be based in Dubai/UAE.

Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
