Your Responsibilities:

– Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and approve various contracts, including membership agreements, lease/sub-lease agreements, service agreements, employment contracts, licenses, marketing/advertising agreements, NDAs, and more across multiple jurisdictions.
– Legal Documentation: Draft key legal documents such as website terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies.
– Compliance & Internal Policies: Develop and implement internal policies, including data protection documentation, ensuring legal compliance across all operational regions.
– Operational Legal Support: Assist in the day-to-day legal operations of the company, providing tailored legal guidance to business units in different countries.
– Company Registration & Maintenance: Register foreign companies and their branches (Europe, Asia, particularly UAE), ensuring their annual renewal and compliance.
– Regulatory Liaison: Act as the key legal contact with local advisors, banks, and government authorities.
– Client Advisory: Provide expert legal advice on international legal matters, structuring businesses using foreign entities.
– Document Coordination: Order and manage legal documents for transactions and specific business needs.

What We Expect from You:

– Law Degree with 3+ years of experience in international legal roles.
– Strong expertise in foreign jurisdictions and international corporate law.
– Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with proven experience in drafting and analyzing English-language legal documents.
– Proficiency in contract law—drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
– Knowledge of international company registration and compliance procedures, including due diligence, KYC, and legal risk analysis.
– Experience working with foreign banks, international projects, and digital legal tools (electronic document flow, task management systems).
– Preferred: Prior interaction with UAE-based regulators and state authorities.
– Business-oriented legal mindset with the ability to apply practical solutions to legal challenges.
– Proactive problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills in legal risk assessment.
– Excellent communication skills for engaging with global partners, legal teams, audit firms, and service providers.
